History
In line with current legislation we provide support and guidance which will assist with the development of proactive measures to avoid, reduce and management the risk of violence in the workplace. Additionally we can also provide support and guidance regarding the review and development of policies, procedures and statements as part of the wider post incident welfare review processes aimed at risk management.

NVC Awareness is a registered Institute of Conflict Management (ICM), Quality Award Centre (QAC) and through the ICM I have personally been involved throughout the SIA consultation on physical skills training for the Security Industry. As a registered ICM QAC, NVC Awareness are an SIA approved Training Provide and therefore responsible for the delivery of training course which result in the qualifications required for an SIA licence.
