Course Content:
You will study the following units. Advanced Techniques in perming/relaxing; Colouring; Cutting; Customer service improvements; Health & Safety; Consultation.

If you want to extend your knowledge in the hairdressing field then this course is suitable for you. Your practical work will be assessed by observation, oral questioning, written assessments and a portfolio of evidence. You will need to provide salon uniform, black trousers and shoes (no open toes or sandals), and any equipment necessary to complete the course. Please be aware that you may be eligible to claim such expenses back through the Learner Support Fund. You will get the opportunity to discuss this at informal interview stage.

Progression:
If you are successful on this course you can progress to employment as a senior salon stylist/supervisor
