When the human body has these reflexes stimulated it can help with health problems in a holistic approach enhancing the “well being” and “harmony” of the body. It is a deeply relaxing treatment, to receive and give as a therapist. It improves circulation, and eliminates toxins and waste products. Although Reflexology is actually a Science it is now well recognised within the Complementary Therapies as an excellent healing therapy.

You will train in reflexology to be a practitioner which will enable you to work in main locations such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospices, sports centres, gyms, natural health centres as well as luxury spas. Alternatively, you ay decide to be a mobile Reflexologists and have your very own treatment room for clients.

During your training course you will become proficient in reflexology and will be equipped with the necessary skill set and theoretical knowledge to set up independently and as a self-employed reflexologist, as soon as you complete 3 case studies on friends and family.

This course is equal in contents for both theoretical and practical sessions for the student, and all materials and equipment are supplied for the training period. The objective of the course is to train therapists to become proficient in reflexology and be equipped with the skills and knowledge to set up in practice sessions and carrying out x3 case studies.

The course comprises 2 days private one-to-one training plus supervised reflexology practice, student testing and home study which includes x3 detailed case studies to be completed and a short test paper.
