Course Description:
This NVQ is for those who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of other managers. The qualification provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in management and leadership.

Description Breakdown:
. The NVQ has been designed so that evidence can be gathered in the workplace. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the management and leadership sector. To achieve a full award, candidates must complete 7 units four mandatory units.
B7 Provide leadership for your organisation
C3 Encourage innovation in your organisation
E7 Ensure an effective organisational approach to health and safety
F12 Improve organisational performance
Then 3 option units (that best suits your job role) from a choice of 21 units
You will be assessed in the workplace on a regular basis and the coruse should take between 6-9 months to complete.
