NVQ Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership (QCF)

Subjects Covered Students will be provided with theoretical and practical skills to support assessment of occupational competence to NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervision. Units • Establish and Develop positive working relationships in Hospitality • Contribute to the control of resources • Supervise a function • Maintain food service • Maintain drink service • Provide leadership for your team • Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues • Plus a range of options tailored to individual needs Assessment Practical assessments will take place in the college restaurant. Assessment is supported by written underpinning knowledge tests. Students will be required to compile personal portfolios of evidence. Work based appraisal will form a vital part of self development during the programme. On completion What will I achieve?
