NVQ Internal Verifier (V1) Award

The Internal Verifier Award follows on from the A1 award and is concerned with ensuring that the centre within which students work, carries out assessments to meet quality assurance standards. It equips students with the skills and advice to carry out and evaluate internal assessment and quality systems, support and advise assessors, monitor the quality of assessors performance and to meet external quality requirements.

This course qualifies you to work as an internal verifier within your vocational area. You will learn how to operate and evaluate internal assessment and quality assurance systems, support assessors, monitor the quality of assessor performance, and meet external quality assurance requirements.

On successful completion you will have achieved the Certificate in Conducting Quality Assurance of the Assessment Process (V1 - Vocational Assessor Award) .
