The NVQ L1 Customer Service Certificate is an excellent choice if you are in a junior capacity working in any occupation where you meet customers. You may have started, or just left school.

This is a work based qualification, therefore you do not need any formal qualifications to come on the course. You do need to demonstrate that you can work at this level to complete the course successfully.
