NVQ Level 2 Carry and Deliver Goods

OCR Level 2 NVQ in Carry and Deliver Goods is designed to provide those involved in the delivery of goods with the opportunity to demonstrate that they have the skills and knowledge to carry out their role to national standards.To achieve the full Level 2 NVQ in Carry and Deliver Goods you must finish:•the six mandatory units (units 1 - 6) plus• one of the two optional units (units 7 and 8).Mandatory units1. Contribute to effective working relationships 2. Maintaining the safety and the security of the load, self and property 3. Contribute to the provision of customer services 4. Complete pre-journey and post-journey procedures 5. Planning the route and timings for the delivery and collection of loads 6. Transport goods and materials Optional units7. Handling goods and materials 8. Handling goods (Motorcycle and pedal cycle)

Assessment of all NVQs is through submission of a portfolio of evidence and professional discussion, to demonstrate that the requirements are met at the relevant standard
