The benefits of OSAT (Onsite assessment and training) for experienced workers to achieve an NVQ Level 2.
Minimal disruption to their work.
The companies existing administration and archive systems are used to produce evidence of the candidates work competence.

- Provision of Portfolio and Assistance with evidence collection
- On Site Assessment/Observation of each Candidate
- Monitor and Review the Candidate’s progress
- Internal Verification of Portfolio Assessments
- Certificate of NVQ Achievement on completion
Additional information
This process involves an NVQ assessor working closely with the candidate and employer to build a portfolio of evidence which will be generated from the workplace.
It is a speedy, efficient and unobtrusive process without the need of written exams or college attendance.
