NVQ Level III in Children's Care, Learning and Development

How the TINIES NVQ’s work is that the candidate would have to find employment his/her area. Once this is secured one of our TINIES ASSESSORS would come to their workplace. The benefit of this is that candidates can potentially earn a full time wage whilst studying and not have to take study leave to attend a local college or training centre. As we have no intake periods we can commence a qualification at a time to suit the individual learner. The NVQ Level III has 9 units comprising 5 Mandatory Units and 4 Optional Units. NVQ 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development Learners must already be employed or in a practical placement for the whole period of the qualification in one of the following job roles in order to undertake on completion of this qualification: • Early Years Practitioner • Crèche Practitioner • Childminder There is no set numbers of hours of study to complete this qualification as it depends on the learner's ability to gather and log the required evidence, normally takes between 12 – 16 months.
