Course programme

This programme is designed to reflect contemporary management theory and practice. It will enable you to formally recognise your performance in the workplace and assess your knowledge and understanding of the key areas of management. The programme will improve your management and leadership skills and increase your contribution to the business.
Candidates are expected to complete 5 mandatory and 3 optional units.

Weekly day release is NOT required, rather a half day monthly workshop and a 1 or 2 hour monthly visit to the candidate by the Assessor, along with the candidate gathering required evidence through normal workplace activities.
