You will undertake practical work experience within the College refectory enabling you to learn in a real workplace setting. English and maths are embedded into these sessions. Theory sessions are also timetabled into the week to help underpin your practical knowledge gained and support maths and English skills development.

Entry Requirements
You will be required to undertake a practical assessment (taster day), where suitability will be determined.
Delivery and Assessment
Learners will produce a portfolio which will include written work, video and photographic evidence to substantiate their learning and understanding.
Progression
Learners may progress onto a Level 3 qualification or may choose to gain paid or voluntary employment.
