Common cancers - oncology modules

Following on from the one day Introduction to Oncology we have developed a number of modules designed to give participants an overview of various common cancers.

These modules typically cover relevant anatomy, signs and symptoms, staging and prognosis and treatment of each cancer. Details of the modules are given below. Typically each module lasts around half a day and various modules can be put together to form a programme tailored to your needs:

Modules available

  • Bowel cancer;
  • Breast cancer;
  • Leukaemia;
  • Lung cancer;
  • Lymphomas;
  • Myelomas;
  • Ovarian cancer;
  • Prostate cancer;
  • Skin cancers.

Where more than one module is combined into a day's course (or more) delegates can obtain credits for further learning. The modules have been accredited by The OCN Credit 4 Learning.
