Emma has been in the dental profession for 20 years and worked in a variety of different roles. She became a Practice Manager whilst in the Royal Air Force in 1990. Having moved to Devon in 2001, Emma and has been instrumental in changing a small practice into a thriving multi award-winning flagship for the profession; she was awarded the British Dental Practice Managers’ Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2003 and The Probe Dental Awards’ Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2006.

Creating a loyal, motivated team who can create and run systems whilst giving first class customer service. This day with Emma can be presented in your own practice or at Absolute Dental.
