This is the best option to study online. But when receiving feedback from completed assessments a lot of the time I didn't understand what they were asking of me that I could of done better. I completed my course and it had it's ups and downs. Open Colleges is great but they should improve their communication.

Great support team. I cannot fault the support services Open Colleges offers. Any call I made was prioritised and listened carefully. I have a very high opinion of them. The Open Colleges site was easy to used and had a lot of information.

Sometimes they don't answer on time. But when contacting Student Support Services via telephone they are helpful. I would recommend Open Colleges as on a whole I found them friendly and knowledgable.
