The tutor was very helpful throughout and responded very quickly when in need, the course is much better then a college course as you can do it as quick/slow as you want without the dreaded deadlines. 1 year was more then enough time to do the course.

Have been studying for the past year to take my exam, found the course material very in-depth, and prepared me for my final exam. I think though that i should have made myself a timetable as found it hard to juggle family, job and study time. My tutor always answered my questions and comments on my SAPs, however it would have been nice to been given a nudge to submit more and asked if further help was needed. (however that is i suppose the learners doing!) I am a person that needs pushing and at time i lacked motivation. A question bank or mock exam would also have been helpful towards the end for revision. Overall though i would enjoyed the course structure and am more than happy with my grade. Thank you for all your help.

Have been studying for the past year to take my exam, found the course material very in-depth, and prepared me for my final exam. I just found something was missing when taking the simulated exam I discovered inquiries on material never secured. I asked my mentor who was frightened by the disclosure.

I have been an assistant in a care home now for about 4 years but never had a certificate specifically in Dementia to back up my experience. This course gave me the theoretical information to link to my practical experience and I will certainly be working my way through the remaining VRQ courses.

The document I got for my course was generous and gave a considerable measure of data to help me examine and my online guide Kerry was phenomenal. My input was emailed to me rapidly and Kerrys remarks were exceptionally useful. On the whole, I had an exceptionally positive affair and will utilize UK Open College once more.

I have just completed the course with Distinction. The resources were excellent although you do need the paper version and I think it should be included in the initial cost. I would have liked to have had an email from someone to check that I was getting on ok as I decided not to submit the questions but it would have been nice to know that someone was still thinking of me.
