INSTRUMENT & MATERIAL LIST FOR AFO LEVEL I & II 5 DAYS COURSE – All participants will be provided with the materials and instruments needed for the course and it should be returned to AFO in good condition after the course. However, you can bring the following if you already have patients lined up to start after the course –
Good Lateral Cephalogram of an orthodontic patient
A good Maxillary and Mandibular cast of an orthodontic case (all teeth must be present)
