Delegates should feel at ease performing tasks such as arranging, sizing and switching between Windows. Previous use of a keyboard and mouse is assumed for this course.

Course Overview

This course provides the delegate with the skills needed to start sending and responding to email in Microsoft Office Outlook, as well as maintaining the calendar, scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes.
Prerequisites
  • Delegates should have some working knowledge of using a Windows based PC or they should have completed the Introduction to Windows course.

Objectives


    Delegates will be able to :
  • Open Outlook to send an email to multiple contacts, and confirm when the email was read
  • Create a new folder to store emails from a particular person or group
  • Customise Outlook so that your signature and background show on all new emails
  • Create an appointment to arrange a team meeting, check the availability for all the people attending the meeting
