If you are always putting things off, or feel stressed about not making decisions or sticking to those you've made, this course will help you. Understand how putting things off affects you, and find ways to change the pattern. This is an experiential course to help students assess what gets in the way of action and achieving desired aims. It will give you an opportunity to create manageable goals, and open up ways to achieve them.

- How to work with the blocks which get in the way of action and decision-making
- The beliefs and attitudes about yourself which stand in the way of action
- Achievable ways to manage your time and life as you would like it.

The course offers a mix of student-led exercises and tutor input. Classes are interactive; students are encouraged to draw on their own experiences and feelings and to be open to those of other students. The setting will be supportive, confidential and safe. There will be theoretical input by the tutor, and exercises for work in pairs and small groups, with adequate time for group discussion and review.
