The course will cover all the aspects of the British Education System, Class Management, Behaviour control and interview tips including help with your CV.

Our goal is to put people in schools as teachers and teaching assistants, with prospects of working towards Qualified Status.

Requirements Overseas teaching qualification or any degree. Advanced English Language, spoken, written and communication.

How the programme works After you register with us for the course we will verify your qualifications. We will train you, so you know what is expected of you in the job interview and classroom.
The course will cover the following:

• Behaviour Management and classroom delivery.
• British School system and Curriculum
• Special Education Needs.
• Pay structure, Holidays
• Lesson-planning
• Job-interview tips and the perfect CV.

After the theory training, we will send you on a week's placement, for a hands on training. The first day your Personal Tutor will go with you, to make sure that you know what to do and have someone to support you. After the placement we will get a report from the School of your work. The school can at this point decide to take you on a part time or permanent basis.
If the school does not take you, your personal tutor will then assist you in preparing for your interviews with other schools. We will be with you every step until you get a job.
