About this Course
With the correct skills and training you could qualify to begin a successful career as a craftsperson within the construction industry.

This course will introduce you to a range of advanced techniques that you will need to master to become a competent painter and decorator.

What will I study?
  • Work with a variety of materials including hangings, paints, varnishes and other finishes
  • Application techniques to create high standards of finish
  • Product knowledge
  • Handling hazardous materials and products
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (for those who have not achieved GCSE grades C or above)
