The BSc Paramedic Practice allows paramedics to explore their practice in an academic setting. It aims to widen your understanding of clinical care, to engage with and critique the research that drives practice and allow you to study with a group of your peers.

The BSc Paramedic Practice and DipHE Paramedic Practice is designed for qualified paramedics only. It is available for both paramedics with a DipHE or FdSc looking to top-up to a BSc or by paramedics without any formal higher education award.

The course is delivered by a large team of paramedics and other health care professional lecturing staff and forms an ideal base to enhance skills, knowledge and career prospects. The course design allows for you to choose modules to suit your career needs whether you are interested in eventually specialising in primary or critical care or interested in the broad range of patients contacted in paramedic practice.
