This part time evening course covers the structure and function of all of the systems of the body and leads to a level 3 qualification that is universally recognised within the therapies industry. It provides a qualification suitable for ongoing studies in Body Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. .

Career Prospects and Progression

The course will give students the opportunity to progress onto other programmes of study i.e. Swedish Massage, Sports Massage and Reflexology.

Modules

Units:Skeleton system, Blood and Lymphatic systems, Muscular and Nervous systems, Skin and Hair, Digestive and Excretory systems, Respitory and Olfactory systems, Endocrine and Reproductive Systems.

Method of Assessment

Multiple choice question paper and Portfolio of Evidence.
