This one year intensive part time course forms the foundation for many of our part time therapy courses. No previous knowledge is required but a good command of verbal and written English is an advantage. Learners will be required to undertake a high level of home study and on successful completion of the course will receive the VTCT Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.

• The Reproductive Systems
• The Respiratory System
• The Skeletal System

Kit/Uniform:
A uniform is compulsory for this course in accordance with Industry Codes of Practice. The College dress code for this course is a white tunic or dress, white trousers or skirt and flat enclosed black or white shoes. Information on suppliers will be sent out with joining instructions. Please note there is an additional Registration Fee to VTCT of 16.00 and students are required to purchase a texbook costing 25.00. If you have completed a course with VTCT in the past you will need to produce your candidate registration number at the first class meeting.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants are required to have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.

Entry Process:
Acceptance on the course will be determined by telephone interview.

Assessment:
Learners will undertake a final written paper during the course. A final portfolio of work, based around a given workbook will need to be submitted for proof of competence.
