Is this course for you
Huntingdonshire Regional College, by arrangement with Anglia Ruskin University, offers the first and second year of an Honours Degree in History and English Literature. Students complete at Huntingdon two of the three years of a full Degree.

What will you study
Your study is divided equally between the disciplines of History and English. In History, you will study the past through the lens of social, cultural, political and intellectual history, from the Ancient Greeks to Margaret Thatcher. In English, you will study the classics from Chaucer to James Joyce, as well as the approaches of critical theory.

How will you be assessed
Continuously throughout the course, in the form of essays, presentations, field reports and examinations.
