Description:
The level 5 diploma in Coaching and Mentoring aims to provide managers with the capability to coach others in their organisations, and to act as mentors in the development of others. It is a condition to the delivery of the programme that you are able to put your skills into practice, to enable assessment to take place.

Progression:
The level 7 Executive Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.

Entry Requirements:
Ideally candidates should possess the Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management or the level 5 Diploma in Management. However managers with several years experience and no formal qualifications may be considered.
