English for Speakers of Other Languages Intermediate 1
The Intermediate 1 course is ideal for those who wish to develop their English skills to a lower-intermediate level. You will study three units at Intermediate 1 ESOL. The units are Everyday Communication, Transactional Contexts and Work and Study Related Contexts. You will do in-class assessments throughout the year and will be awarded certificates for each of these units. You will be taught how to read, write, listen and speak effectively in English at a lower-intermediate level.

You will take an English placement test at the start of the course to confirm your level of English.

Further Study/Employment
You can progress onto Intermediate 2 level.
