Is it right for me?
The NVQ Level 3 Environmental Conservation is suited to those who are taking more responsibility within their work role in environmental conservation. The underpinning knowledge for the units is taught at College and full guidance about the evidence required by the units will be given.

What qualifications will I need?
Supervisory role at work or in a voluntary organisation.

What will I be learning about?
There are 5 mandatory units:

• Environmental good practise
• Working with groups
• Organising projects
• Health, safety and security
• Developing own performance

A further 4 units can be chosen from a selection including:

• Field surveys
• Interpretive media and education
• Management of habitats
• Efficient use of resources
• Land use improvement

What is involved?
Monthly sessions, 3'8pm, 3rd Tuesday in the month.
