Course Content

This part time evening course provides practical and theoretical training up to industry approved standards. The course is a certificate in Facial massage and skin care which involves the application of massage and cosmetic products to the face, neck and shoulders to improve the appearance of the skin as well as Health + Safety and Employment Standards related to the beauty therapy industry. A Beauty therapy kit and uniform has to be purchased.

Diploma in Health & Safety security and employment standards Level 2 Certificate in Facial Massage and skin care

Method of Assessment

Your practical skills are assessed in college. A portfolio of evidence has to be produced for each module studied. The Health + Safety and Employment Standards, facial massage and skin cae are also assessed with a multiple choice question paper.
