What will I study?
You will study: Managing Self; Management Skills & Competency; Understanding Organisations; Managing Change; Managing Activities; Managing Resources; Developing People; Communication and Managing Information.
How will I be assessed?
The course is assessed though five Work based course assignments, a 2000 word project, a personal development record and a group meeting with an external verifier.
Career Opportunities & Progression
After successful completion of this course you could progress onto the Diploma in Management course. This course is also designed to link to the NVQ level 3 in Management course.
