This qualification can enhance career prospects within the Public and Private sectors of the construction industry and related employment such as local authorities, housing associations, health service trusts, privatised utilities. This qualification can be upgraded to a BSc in 1 year and an Honours degree in 2 years. Progression to a Degree programme will require two additional modules which would normally completed over the summer term.
