Units include: Study Skills & IT Professions in Sport Psychological & Social Aspects of Sport Introduction to the Science of Movement
Course Aims
Successful completion of 120 credits at Level 1 gains the award of Cert. HE Successful completion of 240 credits (120 at Level 2) gains the award Foundation Degree, Exercise & Fitness. Students will then have the opportunity to progress to an Honours Degree at University of Ulster Jordanstown providing preset standards have been reached and on successful completion of a bridging course. Suitable Honours Degree Programmes include BSc (Hons) Sport & Exercise Science and BSc (Hons) Sports Studies.

Course designed in collaboration with UUJ Sports studies and sports science courses in order to allow direct progression. Runs part-time to facilitate part-time work
