- Advanced GNVQ
- AVCE Double Award Certificate at grade D
- 1 GCE A level or 2 AS Levels
Access qualification
If you have no formal qualifications but have relevant work experience your application will be still be considered. Applicants will normally be working in the housing sector. Once you graduate from HNC Housing Studies you can progress further and study a degree at South Bank University. You will also obtain Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
