Career Prospects and Progression

Candidates who achieve the Introductory Certificate in First line Management may progress to the full Certificate in First Line Management or NVQ 3 Management.

Modules

Mandatory unit: Solving Problems and Making Decisions. Two optional units selected from an extensive list including: Planning Change in the Workplace, Building the Team, Motivating to perform in the Workplace, Organising and Delegating, Achieving objectives through Time Management, Effective Meetings for Managers

Method of Assessment

This course is assessed by delegates carrying out a work-based assignment and reflective or knowledge reviews.
