Modules
Mandatory units are Developing Yourself as a Team Leader, Motivating the Work Team to Perform and Planning and Monitoring Work. Optional units may be selected from an extensive list including the following: Leading your Work Team, Using Resources Efficiently in the Workplace, Fulfilling Customer Requirements and Managing Yourself.
Method of Assessment
This course is assessed through a Mini-project, with Reflective Reviews and/or short answer questions or work-based assignments.
