Who is this course for?

The Level 2 Award in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team or cell leaders a foundation for their development The qualification does this by developing basic team leading skills and assisting participants in gaining the knowledge required at this level.

The course content includes;

• induction
• the core segment 'Developing yourself as a team leader

plus other optional modules of study to a credit value of 2 from a range which includes ' Motivating the work team to perform' and 'Briefing the team'.

How long is this course for?
8 weeks, 1 evening per week or 1 day per week for 4 weeks

Attendance Part-Time
How will I be assessed? Assessment is by reflective learning review. Successful students can progress to Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading, Level 3 Award in First Line Management or Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management.
