Who is this course for?
The Award in Starting Your Enterprise is designed to cover the key areas and essential knowledge to be considered when starting up a business or discrete business unit within a larger organisation.
Two compulsory modules are covered namely Assessing own suitability for enterprise and Assessing the Viability of a business idea as well as optional modules from a range which includes Writing a business plan, Promoting the business, Developing a customer focus and Researching the business market .
How long is this course for?
The ILM Level 3 Award in Starting your Enterprise (8 credits overall) is offered 1 day per week for 6 weeks or 1 evening per week for 12 weeks

How will I be assessed? The assessment is also practical and consists of completing a reflective log and a viability review.
