This flexible course has been specifically developed to respond to specialised management training requirements of the Hospitality and Tourism Industries in South Wales. In the first year you will study:
The Management of Financial Information, Service Industry Marketing, Management & Organisational Behaviour, and Food & Beverage Operations. During year 2, the modules cover Guest Service Management, Enterprise Management, Food & Beverage Management, and Reflecting on Practice. Year 3 involves a live project and employment experience.
Progression:
This course is designed for junior and middle managers who want to progress into higher management levels and for those aspiring to management who have yet to find a relevant position.
