It provides students with knowledge of the principles and current practices of financial management, key business disciplines, the role of business in society and equips students with the analytical skills necessary for employment in financial and general management positions. The main focus of MBA Business Finance and Management is on self and career development. This programme is useful in the development of future managers, consultants and those who wish to transfer from a specialist area to a business or management career.

The overall aim of the programme is to provide a comprehensive and high level education to future managers and others who are part way through their careers. The objective in terms of assisting students is to be a constructive part of their career development. This will be facilitated, specifically, by:

Successful completion of the programme will enable students to acquire knowledge and understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Finance and Management in relation to the following learning outcomes:
