You should have an Entry 3 qualification in ESOL or Adult Literacy. If you do not have a qualification you will do a short test.

Course Description
This course is for adults who want to learn vocational skills while improving their English. The course will provide you with a step-up into the world of hospitality, travel & tourism and can help you to gain the skills you need to work in these industries.
All students take the following three units.
Starting work in travel and tourism
Working in travel and tourism
Introducing customer service.
You take two of these personal skills units:
Personal effectiveness
Social responsibility at work
Financial management.
You will also take three optional units:
Planning trips
Using displays in travel and tourism
Work experience.
You will also work to gain an Adult Literacy qualification at either Level 1 or level 2.
