Course Details

This qualification is for First line managers who wish to develop their skills and knowledge further will benefit from this qualification. The programme covers skills such as taking account of customer and quality requirements in work, recruitment and selection, handling information effectively and contributing to the effective use of resources.

Qualifications required:
Participants will normally be either practising team or cell leaders. There are no formal educational requirements but learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

Progression:
Successful participants may benefit from career enhancement and/or progress to:
* Level 4 NVQ in Management depending upon their workplace circumstances
