Course Description: You will gain a qualification in Brickwork at the highest level. The training will develop a full range of knowledge and bricklaying techniques required to national standards for a Level 3 qualification. This will equip students with the necessary skill levels required to produce work related evidence from the work place in order to achieve the NVQ Level 3 qualification.

Modules include: Erect and Set out Masonry Structures, Lay Domestic Drainage, Plaster & Render Surfaces and Maintain Slate & Tile Roofing.

Entry Requirements: Entrants must be working within the Construction Industry and actively involved in brick and block laying.

Progression/Career Opportunities:
  • A fully qualified Bricklayer or
  • Progression to a Higher Education course.
