What ails the human mind (vrittis), how to control the mind (dharana, dhyana), the eight limbs of yoga (ashtanga), obstructions in the path of yoga (kleshas, antarayas), how to prevent pain (dukkha) in the future, the powers that come with yoga (siddhi), and the ultimate aim of yoga (kaivalya).
