History
Paul Priestley ran a very successful Art Department in a Boys Grammar School in Essex, before leaving teaching to set up Filbert Splosh art experiences which provides interactive art events for schools, and Filbert Arts which does the same for the corporate world. He is passionate about colour and loves to work in a bold and dramatic manner. He is a figurative painter who enjoys combining narrative with a sense of the unusual, yet he can still be inspired by the landscape of Herefordshire. Paul has a wealth of experience in teaching all levels of ability and his courses are always stimulating, fun and richly informative. Why not join Paul on a unique journey into painting and drawing, stroll with him around the colours, textures and shapes and let your mind dance to a different tune.
