The full-time BTEC Higher National Diploma in Performing Arts at Nescot College is a 2-year, specialist vocational programme with a strong, work-related emphasis. The qualification provides a thorough grounding in the key concepts and practical skills required in the sector with national recognition by employers allowing progression direct into employment or to degree.

Course Details:
The course is made up of sixteen units - seven core units, which everyone takes, and nine specialist units. The specialist units enable you to study particular areas in depth.

A key progression path for BTEC Higher National Certificate and Diploma learners is to the BA (Hons) Theatre at Nescot. Alternatively, succesful candidates can enter employment or undertake further more specialist study.

Fees:
There will be approximately three theatre visits which will cost no more than 45 in total. In addition you will be required to buy play texts that are studied on the course. 30 should be budgeted for this.
