Course Content

Person Centred Planning is about what the person wants and needs. NOT fitting that person into the services on offer. Person Centred Planning puts the person at the centre of their plan for the rest of their life. It comes in many forms, each one is unique to that person. It is NOT just another piece of paper to file away! It grows with the person. PCP's encourage professionals to think 'out of the box' and take time to listen to the aspirations of that person - it is an approach to the future that focuses on the person, his or her dreams, hopes, gifts and talents.
