Introduction and Methodology
Identifying tension in the body
Minimising tension in the body to improve work efficiency
By taking control of how we use our bodies, we learn how to stay focused and relaxed under pressure. Learning how to use our breath, body and voice helps us in more effective communication and ensures we achieve our goals with minimum effort.
Reducing stress in the workplace
After identifying the main causes of stress in the workplace, we share practical techniques to influence them: both individually and on a team level.
