Course programme

Under the Licensing Act 2003 anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol must hold a personal license. The Level 2 National Certificate for Personal License Holders (NCPLH) meets the criteria which allow the holder to apply for a personal license.

The course enables candidates to retail alcohol within the law, in a socially responsible manner and acts as a safeguard for their licence and their business.
