1 Day Course

The course covers:

Preparation for risk situations

Self Awareness

Communication Skills

Conflict Management

Customer Expectations

Reducing Conflict

High Risk Conflict

Post incident procedures

Learning from Conflict.



The afternoon session will allow time for the theory to be put in to practice, using examples and scenarios relevant to the working roles of students attending.



This course is delivered by accredited training staff with extensive experience of safety training in the Police and Security sectors. The training environment is relaxed and supportive, encouraging you to feel more confident and positive.



All students attending the course will be awarded with a personal safety at work certificate.



Who is this course for?



Anyone who works in a role where they are likely to come in to conflict with customers or colleagues. (Eg Bar Staff)

Anyone who works in voluntary roles where they may come in to conflict.

Anyone working alone, particularly at night.
