This course will advance your knowledge in the health and fitness industry and prepare you for a career as a Personal Trainer in private and public health and fitness providers, or as a self-employed trainer.
The physical components and practical assessments involve both gym and outdoor based sessions. It will provide you with the opportunity to develop a range of skills, techniques and personal qualities that you will need for successful performance in the workplace.
The course comprises of both theory and practical elements, which will develop the underpinning knowledge achieved at Level 2. This Level 3 qualification is fast becoming the minimum requirement for all Personal Trainers.
The programme also includes studying Maths and English towards GCSE grade A-C if you do not already have these grades.
